I'm happy to announce the addition of Big Red to The Team. Big Red will serve as SteakMatter's Washington Bureau coorespondant. A native of the Buckeye State, he is a steak fanantic, as well as a serious car guy. As a single guy, living in our nation's Capital (with roommates to split the bills), he's got plenty of time and resources to enjoy the finer establishments in and outside of the beltway.
In fact, to celebrate our draft pick, Big Red and I will be dining later this week at what he describes as the The Best Steak Joint in DC - Ray's: The Steaks.
With all this build-up, it better be good, otherwise we're putting him on waivers.
