Princess celebrated here birthday recently. She got to choose the menu. Guess what she wanted…STEAK. (or as she likes to say, “Steaky”) Since we were having the whole family over, I strolled down to the local warehouse store and bought my self a nice big bloody hunk of beef tenderloin.
I slow cooked in on the grill for 45 minutes to perfection. Even the First Dog got in on the action, eating some of the cutoffs. Needless to say there was nothing leftover.
